How Promo Ticket Suffix Works:

When a customer enters a promo code during checkout, our booking system looks for matching discounted ticket types in your backend ticketing system (Veezi / POS). The system matches them by appending your Promo Ticket Suffix to the regular ticket name.

Golden Rule

Backend Ticket Name = Standard Ticket Name + Suffix

Example: Adult Adult PROMO
